Paris Saint-Germain Nasser Al Khelaifi. reportedly threatened Kylian Mbappe during a heated discussion before his return to the side.

PSG were reportedly trying to offload the player during this transfer window and already accepted a big offer from a Saudi Pro League side.

However, there was a change of heart last week as Mbappe was reintegrated into the first team before making his return last night.

French publication L'Equipe have reported that Mbappe and Al Khelaifi held a meeting on 8 August 2023, where the two were involved in a heated discussion.

It is reported that the PSG boss threatened the World Cup winner about never playing again, something which Mbappe did not take too kindly.

According to L'Equipe, Al Khelaifi said, "You'll see, you won't play again! You'll never play again! We won't give up!

Before Mbappe, replied with, "You'll see, what will I see? You'll be the only president who won't let me play!"
