Lionel Messi was once again booed at loudly by Paris Saint-Germain supporters on Sunday amid exit talk surrounding the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner.
The Argentine has been widely linked with a departure from the Parc des Princes in recent weeks, with reports suggesting that the player is considering leaving the French giants.

In March, it was claimed that Inter Miami, Inter Milan and Al-Hilal were ready to table an offer for the forward, while a sensational return to FC Barcelona was also mooted, although it was later reported that Messi intends to stay at PSG for one more season before moving to a Major League Soccer club.
The Ligue 1 side's supporters do not seem to be happy with the speculation surrounding the player, however, with some believing he has not stepped up to the plate since coming back from the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and voiced their displeasure with loud boos when his name was announced ahead of their home match against Olympique Lyon on Sunday.

To rub salt into the 35-year-old's wounds, PSG went on to suffer a second consecutive defeat at the Parc Des Princes, with the Argentine unable to help his side overcome Lyon.
PSG boss Christophe Galtier has since addressed the jeers Messi received.
"I find them hard," the head coach told reporters, per PSGtalk.
"We are waiting for Leo and Kylian [Mbappe] to unblock the situations.
"Leo is our animator, who tries a lot, so there is a waste.
"It takes around him an excess of functions, like around Kylian.
"He tried, he succeeded in certain things, mismatches, he missed technical relations when there was density around him.
"He gives a lot; he was a passer and a scorer in 2023. It is also up to others, to his partners to have the overflow of function."

Despite many fans' reservations about his displays for the club of late, Messi has been in scintillating form for PSG this season with 18 goals and 17 assists in just 33 matches in all competitions.
