A former Manchester United star who won numerous trophies with the club is now reportedly facing the possibility of a jail sentence.
Anderson is arguably best known for his time at the Red Devils, which stretched from July 2007 to January 2014, with his tenure at club seeing him win a UEFA Champions League trophy as well as four Premier League titles.

Things, however, are now very different for the Brazilian, with the retired player finding himself in a position where he may have to serve some jail time, according to Brazilian news site GZH, per the Mirror.
It is reported that a family court judge has ordered the former midfielder to prison for his reported failure to pay child maintenance.
It is also suggested that the 36-year-old was given the choice of serving a sentence at the Irmao Miguel Dario Prison, located in the city of Porto Alegre, or paying the £45 000 (about R1 million) fee that he currently owes.
The former FC Porto star is understood to have been sentenced to 30 days behind bars unless he clears the child maintenance debt that is now attached to his name.
It is further believed the retired midfielder has been offered the chance to do his time in a "semi-open system" that would afford him the opportunity to work or study on the outside. However, he would have to return to his prison cell to sleep at night.
