Manchester United have now reportedly offered Real Madrid a forward who could be Los Blancos' replacement for Karim Benzema.
The Red Devils have presented Los Blancos the opportunity to sign Anthony Martial on a loan deal with an option to purchase him for a fee of £12.8 million (R300 million), according to Fichajes.

It is claimed the prospect of signing Martial may entice Real after they lost star striker Karim Benzema earlier in the window, with the Frenchman deciding not to sign an extension at the Santiago Bernabeu in favour of a free-agent, and lucrative, switch to Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad.
With Joselu the only natural striker in the Spanish giants' squad and Vinicius Junior picking up an injury in Real's 1-0 win over Celta Vigo on Friday, manager Carlo Ancelotti does not have a wealth of forwards from which to pick in the weeks ahead.

Martial would thus provide the Italian tactician with more options up front, and he is also no stranger to LALIGA too, with the 27-year-old having spent the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan at Sevilla.
The French striker joined United from Monaco in 2015, and made his 300th appearance for the Red Devils when they beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 on Saturday.
Over the course of his lengthy Old Trafford tenure, he has managed to amass 88 goals and 53 assists.
However, he has seemingly fallen down the pecking order following the Premier League club's £72 million (R1.7 billion) acquisition of Danish striker Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.

Despite the reported offer, Ancelotti did state last week that his side is not looking to bring in any more new players in the remainder of the window, so it remains to be seen if this deal will come to fruition in the coming days.
