Man Utd to make incredible move for PSG superstar?

Manchester United are now reportedly considering making a move for one of Paris Saint-Germain's superstar trio.

Neymar has divided opinion since his record-breaking move to the Ligue 1 giants from FC Barcelona in 2017.

While he has shone in many moments for the side, his injury history and some off-field controversies have left many at the club frustrated, with a number of reports in recent months suggesting that PSG are ready to sell the Brazilian.

Lionel Messi is also expected to leave Les Parisiens in July after contract renewal talks stalled, with the French club reportedly looking to build their team around Kylian Mbappe.

It is believed the France international's relationship with Neymar is not as good as it could be, while the Brazilian is also understood to have argued with sporting director Luis Campos on a few occasions.

With PSG seemingly open to selling the Selecao forward, Foot Mercato are now reporting that Manchester United are one of a few clubs monitoring the ex-Santos prodigy's situation in Paris.

Neymar is a player who represents a lot of commercial value, something that could intrigue the Manchester club, which earn hundreds of millions through sponsorship deals.

The 31-year-old is likely to command enormous wages should he make the switch to Old Trafford, though, as he currently earns £3.4 million (R77 million) a month at PSG, according to talkSPORT, but any transfer could hinge on whether or not a takeover of the Premier League giants is successful before the transfer market opens in June.

However, it is also said the Brazil superstar does not want to leave the Parc des Princes, where his contract reportedly only expires in 2027, but it remains to be seen if a move to the Theatre of Dreams could persuade him otherwise.
