France star Eduardo Camavinga has reportedly sent his teammate home with an injury following a reckless challenge in training. Check out the incident!
With Les Bleus already missing out on Paul Pogba, Presnel Kimpembe N'Golo Kante, the reigning World Cup champions have been dealt another blow after Christopher Nkunku was ruled out of the tournament after sustaining a leg injury in training on Tuesday.
Nkunku was tipped to play a important role in France's attack after scoring more than 40 goals since the start of the 2021/22 season.

According to the BBC, it was a heavy tackle from the aforementioned Real Madrid star that resulted in Nkunku injury as the striker was filmed limping after that incident.

With the RB Leipzig star now being ruled out, video footage has emerged on social media of the tackle which seemingly appears to be a reckless one.

France did release a short statement to confirm the injury.
"Injured in training, Christopher Nkunku drops out of the World Cup," the statement read.
"The whole group shares Christopher's sadness and wishes him a speedy recovery."

According to L'Equipe, Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani is set to replace Nkunku in France's squad. The 23-year-old has scored eight goals for the Bundesliga side this season.
The France squad are set to fly to Qatar on Wednesday and will face Australia in their first Group D match on 22 November.
