With the likes of Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio and Eden Hazard recently leaving the club, Real Madrid have now reportedly decided who the next player to depart will be.
After Los Blancos rejected offers for him in the last transfer window, Santiago Bernabeu chiefs have decided that defender Ferland Mendy will leave the club at the end of this season, according to Fichajes.

The left-back made the £41 million (R954 million) switch from Olympique Lyon to Real in 2015, but his time at the LALIGA giants has been plagued by injury, with Mendy most recently suffering a muscle injury earlier this year that saw him miss the opening matches of the new season.
When he has been fit, though, he has also struggled to make his mark on the team and secure a regular place in the strongest starting XI.
Reports suggest that the Madrid giants were keen to sell him in the previous transfer window, but did not receive an offer that matched their valuation of the France international.
Now, however, it is said that Carlo Ancelotti's side already have a list of candidates as possible replacements for the Frenchman, with one of the names on the list believed to be Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies, who will have just one year left on his contract in Germany at the end of this campaign.
The club's reported strategy is to wait until the end of the season to offload Mendy as they believe it is unlikely they will receive the kind of fee they want in January.

During his time at the Santiago Bernabeu to date, Mendy has amassed 135 appearances, contributing with five goals and 10 assists and helping his side to a UEFA Champions League trophy in 2022.
