A Real Madrid star has publicly expressed a desire to play with a certain, big-name Premier League player.
During his time in the Spanish capital thus far, Antonio Rudiger has partnered with the likes of Nacho Fernandez, Eder Militao and David Alaba, among others, at the heart of the Los Blancos defence.

During a recent appearance on YouTube podcast show The Inside Scoop, however, the 31-year-old named Arsenal star William Saliba as another defender he would like to add that list.
The Germany centre-back was asked who he feels are the three best defenders in the world, excluding him.
"I won't do in order. Saliba, [Virgil] Van Dijk, and Gabriel is pushing," he answered.
"I'm very happy with my centre-back partner, Militao.
"He came back from a big injury, he's getting back to his best.
"But there's so many games, so we would rotate, so to have Saliba… it would be great."
Militao spent the majority of the 2023/24 campaign on the sidelines after suffering a cruciate ligament tear in his side's opening LALIGA encounter that season, only making his return to action in March this year.
This season, however, things have seemingly turned around for the Brazilian, who has made 11 appearances across all competitions for Real thus far.
Saliba, meanwhile, has established himself as a crucial part of the Gunners' defensive set-up, making 50 appearances across all competitions last season.
Remarkably, the 23-year-old participated in all of his side's 38 league games, helping them finish second behind champions Manchester City.
He also helped France reach the semi-finals of the 2024 UEFA European Championship, where they lost 2-1 to eventual winners Spain.

This season, Saliba and the rest of his Arsenal teammates will be attempting to get their hands on some domestic silverware after finishing second on the EPL table, behind City, for two consecutive campaigns.
