Barca’s trio of Messi, Neymar and Suarez have scored a combined 117 goals between them this season, yet the Italian centre-back feels a united team effort from the Old Lady will be able to contain the Blaugrana attack.
"You just can't man-mark Messi, Neymar and Suarez," Chiellini told Mediaset. "The only way of stopping them is by defending as a team.
Chiellini is fully aware of the danger the front three pose, yet warns that there are other players in the Barcelona team which his side need to be wary of as well.
"They may seem unstoppable, but we're going to study the game well,” he said. “It's not only about them, but about a great side who manage to get their forwards into positions to hurt you a lot, but with the quality we've got, we will be able to limit them."
The 30-year-old insists his side will be tough to beat, as he relishes participating in his first European Cup Final.
"This Juve side are really tough to beat, for anybody," he said. "The Champions League puts you up against the best players in the world and the atmosphere's unique. You feel emotions that you don't get from other games.
"Ever since I was a child, I would hear that famous music and the first time you are there in person, it gives you such a rush of adrenaline. It's become a battle cry for us."
The Bianconeri will be participating in their first Champions League Final since their 2003 penalty-shootout loss to rivals AC Milan. Since then, Spanish rivals Barcelona have managed to lift the trophy on three separate occasions.
The Final will take place at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany on Saturday, 6 June.
