In his first season, Guardiola led the Bavarians to the German double, winning the Bundesliga as well as the DFB Pokal.
This season the former Barcelona boss has come under fire in Germany, after Bayern were knocked out of the German cup as well as the UEFA Champions League semi-final stages.
However, Guardiola has hit back at criticism and comparisons to former coach Jupp Heynckes, and admitted that he is not good enough to win a treble every season.
"I've learnt that people talk too much here. My advice [to them] would be to stay calm.
"If Bayern Munich are looking for a manager that has to win the treble each year, then I'm not the one. I'm not good enough."
