Following his Man of the Match performance in Chelsea's 4-1 victory over Arsenal, Eden Hazard all but confirmed that the 2019 UEFA Europa League final was his Blues swansong.
Hazard, 28, grabbed a brace and an assist to clinch his second Europa League title with Chelsea as Maurizio Sarri's side ran riot at the Baku Stadium in Azerbaijan.
In the aftermath of his side's victory, the Belgian superstar seemingly confirmed his exit from the club, in the wake of continuous speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

"I think it's a goodbye, but in football you never know," he said, as per BT Sport.
"I think it will be decided in a few days. I made my decision already. I said it two weeks ago.
"Now it depends on the clubs, both clubs. I am just waiting. You will see, you will know in a couple of days.
"My dream was to play in the Premier League. I played here for seven years for one of the biggest clubs in the world, and maybe it's time for a new challenge."
Since joining Chelsea in a £32 million (R592 million) deal in 2012, the Belgian has amassed 352 appearances for the club, finding the back of the net on 110 occasions and registering a further 92 assists.
