Manchester United sealed their spot in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals after thrashing Real Sociedad 4-1 at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
Ayden Heaven, Rasmus Hojlund and Patrick Dorgu were recalled to the United starting line-up following Sunday's draw against Arsenal.
The visitors got off to the perfect start as captain Mikel Oyarzabal opened the scoring on 10 minutes from the penalty spot after he was fouled by Matthijs de Ligt following a VAR check.
Five minutes later, United were also awarded a penalty when Hojlund was brought down by Zubeldia in the six-yard area. Captain Bruno Fernandes took responsibility and made no mistake from 12 yards.
With both sides looking to go ahead, United should have taken the lead in the 30th minute when Joshua Zirkzee picked out an un-marked Hojlund, who sent his strike just wide of the mark from around six yards.
A lively start to the second half saw United awarded a second penalty, which Fernandes duly converted after Dorgu was deemed to have been fouled in the box.
Sociedad then suffered a blow after the hour mark when Venezuelan full-back Jon Aramburu was shown a straight red card just minutes after his introduction for a foul on Dorgu, who was free on goal.
Any hope of Sociedad comeback was ended with Fernandes completed his hat-trick in the 87th minute with a lovely finish into the far corner after being set up by Garnacho's ball, sealing a 4-2 win on aggregate.
Diogo Dalot rounded off the scoring for the Red Devils in the 90th minute after getting on the end of Hojlund's cross and slamming home from close range.
