England star Jude Bellingham is reportedly causing a dressing room row at Borussia Dortmund amid talk of a potential exit in January transfer window.
Bellingham has been a pivotal figure for Edin Terzic's side since moving from Birmingham City to Germany for £30 million in 2020.
The central midfielder has already racked-up 112 appearances for the club while scoring 19 goals and 21 assists in that time. This has earned the 19-year-old plaudits and also sparked the interest of a host of top clubs.

Bellingham is now with England and is expected to play a massive role in his nation's World Cup squad as Gareth Southgate has chosen to rely on the young midfielder and Declan Rice as a midfield pivot.
Surprisingly, according to German outlet Bild, Bellingham's body language in recent weeks has been annoying his teammates at the Bundesliga club.
This is said to be causing a dressing row in the camp as some players are also disgruntled by the transfer situation surrounding the player.
Prior to the World Cup break, Dortmund endured two consecutive Bundesliga defeats which left them sixth in the table while they were also knocked out of the UEFA Champions League in the Group Stages.

Bellingham's performances have led to Liverpool, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea all showing interest as it appears likely that the star will leave at the end of this season.
However, recent reports have suggested that the Reds could be tempted to bring the player in January as they look to secure UCL football for the 2023/24 season.
