The Saudi Arabian club interested in Kylian Mbappe has now reportedly taken the next step in their quest to have him sign a record-breaking deal with them.
Earlier this week, Al Hilal submitted a mammoth offer to Paris Saint-Germain of €300 million (R5.8 billion) for Mbappe's signature.

It is understood he has been offered a one-year contract that would allow him to join Real Madrid as free agent in July 2024, with PSG reportedly convinced he already has a pre-contract agreement with the Spanish giants.
The French giants have reportedly accepted the bid as they have grown tired of Mbappe's apparent refusal to put pen to paper on a one-year extension until June 2025 at the Parc des Princes.
The possibility of losing him for free at the end of next season when his current deal expires is also out of the question, according to club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
Neither the 24-year-old nor his representatives have commented on the matter publicly, with talks understood to have only taken place between Les Parisiens and Al Hilal.
However, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, an Al Hilal delegation has now landed in Paris to discuss the possibility of signing Mbappe in person with the forward and his camp.
It is further claimed that they are willing to offer him a fixed salary of €200 million (R3.9 billion) for one season, in a deal that could rise to as much as €700 million (R13.6 billion) once commercial deals and image rights are factored in.
It is believed, though, that the France captain remains intent on Real being his next destination, whether in this window or next year.
With a string of Premier League teams having been asked by the press if they will make a play for Mbappe, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino – who managed the marksman for one full season when he was in charge of PSG – has revealed his position on the saga.
"Everything you talk is too much noise," the Argentine tactician told reporters ahead of the Blues' pre-season friendly against Newcastle United on Thursday, according to the Evening Standard.
"It is a situation that is very delicate and one they need to fix in Paris with Kylian.
"For our side, I have nothing to say. We are working on our reality, our reality is different.
"From my side, nothing to say, only to support them. I hope they find a solution for both sides.
"It is a club that I love because I was a player, a captain and a coach. With Kylian, we created a very good relationship, I hope they can find the best solution for both sides."
