US Star joins KDB and Vini Jr on Roc Nation roster

Global sports agency Roc Nation Sports International has officially added FC Cincinnati star Matt Miazga on their books, joining the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Vinicius Junior. 

The story 

The international sports agency has a growing list of talent on their books, as other prominent names in football like Lucas Paqueta of West Ham United and Real Madrid-bound Brazilian sensation Endrick are also signed to the company.  Their wide-reaching influence has also made them a familiar brand with South African sports fanatics, as they have also signed deals with Mamelodi Sundowns football club, as well as other athletes like Springboks captain Siya Kolisi and his compatriot Cheslin Kolbe.

In a statement provided to KickOff, the agency confirmed the addition of United States Men's National Team star Matt Miazga. 

"I am thrilled to be joining Roc Nation Sports International," said Miazga. "Their global reach, dedication to their athletes, and commitment to building cultural impact are qualities I truly admire. I am excited to partner with them as I continue to push myself on and off the field."

The 28-year-old currently represents FC Cincinnati in Major League Soccer and has been capped nearly times by his country. Miazga won the 2021/22 UEFA Super Cup with Chelsea, whilst his other titles include the Dutch Cup with Vitesse and the Gold Cup with the US. 

Head of International Football for North America at Roc Nation Sports, Chris Wingert said: "Matt is a top defender with a bright future still ahead of him.
