Misfortune again for Ngezana after Bafana?

Siyabonga Ngezana will report back for club duty with another injury concern after being forced out on Tuesday in the 3-0 win over South Sudan.

Ngezana will be on the long flight to Bucharest with injury worries after being taken out on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old was forced out after 74 minutes and was then replaced by Nkosinathi Sibisi.

Last time out, he was forced to miss seven games for his club straight after the September FIFA dates.

Ngezana then missed the October FIFA dates for the two matches against Congo.

Then after playing five matches for FCSB, which included two in the Europa League group stages, Hugo Broos recalled him but will again arrive with an injury discomfort.

FCSB travel to Botosani on Thursday, where they will play their game in hand with the hope of moving within three points of leaders FC Universitatea Cluj at the halfway stage of the regular season.

Ngezana will not be involved in that game with FCSB having several other injuries.

The 1986 European champions have another league match on Sunday, before they play Olympiakos in the Europa League next week Thursday.

Of note is the fact that Ngezana is the only Bafana Bafana player involved in any of the three European club competitions.
