DStv Premiership star Linda Mntambo explained how his love for fashion has helped him during an instance in his career.
Along with his skills on the pitch, the 34-year-old is one the most fashionable footballers to have ever graced the pitch with his ability to create iconic outfits that not only turn heads but also sparks discussions.

Mntambo regularly takes to social media to show off his prowess when it comes to crafting outfits that resemble artistic masterpieces.
Whether he's dressing for a formal event, a traditional occasion or just a regular day, he always looks like he's taking part in a photoshoot.
In fact, during November last year, the midfielder graced the runway with his presence during last year's edition of the Soweto Fashion Week.
Mntambo endured a lengthy spell on the side-lines after picking up an injury while training, with some believing, at the time, that it was one that threatened his career.
The midfield dynamo was out of action since October 2022, but made his eagerly-awaited return to action in a DStv Premiership match against Richards Bay earlier this month, marking his comeback with a stunning goal to help his side win 3-1.
Speaking to Mahlatse Mphahlele, the player revealed how his love for fashion actually helped him get back to full fitness.
"I love fashion," the Sekhukhune United captain said.
"That was an escape for me. It's because I just love myself. I love looking good. At that time when I was injured, I could go for fashion shoots, I got an opportunity to be on the runway and model.
"That was also a distraction, not to only focus on the injury. So, [I] actually love that. Maybe it's something I would tap into post my playing days. Of course, I enjoy it, I do it with ease. I just enjoy looking good and just being in front of the camera."
