The former Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila star, who joined Bakgaga before the start of the season, has been sent to AmaTuks for the 2020/21 GladAfrica Championship season.
The Baroka boss says it was a mutual decision in everybody's best interests.
"It was a collective decision, we thought maybe he should go elsewhere because here he wouldn't get a chance to play," Mphahlele explains to snl24.com/kickoff.
"It's a one-year loan deal for now, we will see next season what happens."
Mphahlele also confirms that Baraka did not make any last-minute signings or release anybody as the transfer window closed on Monday.
"There were no other movements besides Makhubu," he says. "We are happy with the squad we have right now."
