In shock news, a Premier League star was reportedly involved in a violent street brawl during which he was threatened with being shot at.
Newcastle United captain Jamaal Lascelles was reportedly attacked during a horrific fight, during which it is claimed aggressors "threatened to shoot" him and his brother, according to The Sun.

The incident occurred just hours after Newcastle's 1-0 Premier League defeat to Manchester City last Saturday.
According to onlookers, Lascelles was outside Chinawhite club in Tyneside when a man elbowed his 19-year-old brother in the throat in an "unprovoked attack", igniting the chaos.
It is claimed the Magpies skipper then stepped in to try to protect his brother and had a bottle thrown in his direction, narrowly missing his head. He was also allegedly punched in the face.

A group consisting of "six to eight" men then reportedly attacked the Premier League star, punching him from all angles.
His brother was reportedly left bleeding from being punched in the face, while a friend of his had been "kicked in the head and knocked unconscious".
With Lascelles having fought back, a portion of the scuffle was captured on video, which has since done the rounds on social media in recent hours.

It is further reported that the group of men fled the scene before emergency services arrived to take Lascelles' friend to hospital.

The 29-year-old joined Newcastle from Nottingham Forest in 2014, and was given the captain's armband when he was just 23 by then-Magpies manager Rafael Benitez.
