A former Manchester United striker has backed Nigerian star Victor Osimhen to transform the Red Devils amid Rasmus Hojlund's struggles to find the net.
The 26-year-old goal-poacher moved to Galatasaray on loan in September 2024 from Serie A club Napoli, where his contract is valid until June 30, 2027.
He has displayed excellent form this season, netting 29 goals and providing five assists in 34 appearances across all competitions for Galasataray thus far.

Osimhen has been a topic of discussion in recent weeks, with numerous reports indicating he might join English Premier League giants Manchester, as they have expressed their interest in him.
The Super Eagles' towering player was also connected with a transfer to EPL heavyweights Chelsea FC before his move to Turkiye, where he is currently excelling with Galatasaray.
In light of his outstanding performances with the Turkish team, Saha believes Osimhen would be the ideal acquisition to remedy the club's faltering attack.
"I really like Osimhen, he has the character and the quality, Saha said as quoted by Newtelegraph.

"He’s been successful in France, won the league in Italy, and even did well in Turkey—probably a move he didn’t want to make.
"He’s scored at every level and has the kind of personality and charisma United’s squad could use. I think he would be a transformational signing for the club."
