It is claimed the 32-year-old is no longer considered an important aspect of Erik ten Hag's side ahead of the new Premier League season.
The Dane arrived at Old Trafford on a free transfer in July 2022, and has since made 72 appearances for the Red Devils, providing 13 assists and scoring three goals.
However, the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder made only 28 appearances, with just 14 of them being starts, last season, as opposed to his first year at the club that saw him play 44 times across all competitions.
A such, United are reported to be inviting offers from other teams for hi services, with it being said that clubs in Saudi Arabia and Turkey have been eyeing the player's situation with the intent of formalising their interest.
It has also been suggested that interested parties may be able to land the Denmark international at a cut-price fee as the English giants want to get the player off their wage bill.
The Red Devils are also believed to be eyeing up the opportunity to sign Paris Saint-Germain star Manuel Ugarte, and selling Eriksen is thought to be a means to help to facilitate that deal by bringing in a small fee and freeing up extra wages.
United have already bolstered the squad with the signings of defenders Leny Yoro, Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt, as well as attacker Joshua Zirkzee.

With the attention now seemingly turning to their midfield, the former Inter Milan star could see himself join Mason Greenwood, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Willy Kambwala, Alvaro Carreras and Donny van de Beek on the list of outgoings at Old Trafford in this window.
