NEW: More women accuse Man Utd star of abuse

Two more women have now reportedly come forward and accused Manchester United star Antony of abusing them.

The winger is now under serious investigation in both Manchester and Brazil after allegations of domestic abuse were made against him by an ex-girlfriend.

Gabriela Cavallin claims to have been assaulted by the player on several occasions, including incidents last year, in January 2023, and more recently in May this year.

United recently issued a statement noting the allegations made against the forward, who has denied any wrongdoing in the matter, while Brazil made the decision to drop the former Ajax Amsterdam star from their latest squad due to the ongoing probe.

However, things now appear to be worsening for Antony as two more women have come forward claiming to also be victims of abuse by the 23-year-old.

According to The Telegraph, Rayssa de Freitas and Ingrid Lana have stated that the Brazilian attacked them in May 2022, resulting in them both requiring hospital treatment.

It is said De Freitas has reported the incident to police in Sao Paulo.

Lana, meanwhile, alleges that she met with Antony under the guise of a business meeting, with the player then pressuring her into having sex with him but she refused his advances, leading to him pushing her against a wall, banging her head in the process.

"He pushed me against the wall and I hit my head," Lana said.

"My purpose was just business.

"Arriving there [at his house] at his invitation, I realised he had ulterior motives."

As a result, United are now under pressure to take action against the Selecao star, and follow a similar protocol as they have done previously with Mason Greenwood, who recently joined Getafe on loan after the Red Devils decided to help him find a new team.
